A live-in nanny stays in your home in agreed accommodation and supports your family within agreed working hours. We primarily arrange live-in placements; stay-out requests are considered individually and are subject to confirmation.

How we find a suitable fit

- Agree the role. Discuss salary, working hours, days off, accommodation and responsibilities before placement.
- Stay in touch. Your assigned agent follows up and helps coordinate concerns or replacement requests under your contract.
Candidate nationalities and availability
We work with Nigerian, Ethiopian, Ghanaian, Guinean, Kenyan, Ugandan and Filipino candidates. Availability varies. We discuss each person’s actual experience, communication and suitability for the agreed role rather than assuming skills from nationality.
One year of agency support
The agency commission equals one month of the nanny’s or helper’s agreed salary for a one-year contract. Salary is separate and paid by the client. The service includes a dedicated follow-up agent and unlimited replacements within the active contract and its agreed terms; replacement timing depends on suitable candidates being available.
