Our focus is live-in domestic staff placement. If you are searching for cleaners or home helpers in Egypt, we can discuss a resident helper whose role is built around your home. This is an ongoing placement service; one-time or hourly cleaning is not our standard offering.

Tell us your home type, approximate size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets and cleaning priorities. We discuss daily essentials, rotating tasks, suitable equipment, breaks and days off so expectations are practical.
How we find a suitable fit
- Describe your needs. Share your children’s ages, home size, bedrooms, duties, location and preferred start date.
- Discuss current candidates. We consider relevant skills, experience, language and availability alongside your priorities.
- Agree the role. Discuss salary, working hours, days off, accommodation and responsibilities before placement.
- Stay in touch. Your assigned agent follows up and helps coordinate concerns or replacement requests under your contract.
When childcare is your main priority
If supervising children is the core role, start with our live-in nanny placement service. We can discuss household duties alongside care, but a helper should not be expected to complete a full cleaning schedule while continuously supervising young children.
Candidate nationalities and availability
We work with Nigerian, Ethiopian, Ghanaian, Guinean, Kenyan, Ugandan and Filipino candidates. Availability varies. We discuss each person’s actual experience, communication and suitability for the agreed role rather than assuming skills from nationality.
One year of agency support
The agency commission equals one month of the nanny’s or helper’s agreed salary for a one-year contract. Salary is separate and paid by the client. The service includes a dedicated follow-up agent and unlimited replacements within the active contract and its agreed terms; replacement timing depends on suitable candidates being available.

Common questions about household support
Can I request a live-in helper just for cleaning?+
Yes. Your request can focus on cleaning and household tasks without childcare. Duties, schedule and salary must be agreed before placement.
Can I request a helper who lives outside my home?+
Live-in placements are our main service. A live-out arrangement may be considered as an exception depending on your request and available candidates; it must be confirmed by our team.
Do you provide a fixed cleaning price online?+
No. We discuss the home, duties and candidate before confirming salary and fees in writing. The commission is one month of the agreed salary for the one-year agency contract, with salary paid separately.
