Our main service is stay-in nannies who live in your home. We may make exceptions for stay-out arrangements depending on your request. Select “Request a stay-out exception” in the form and our team will discuss whether we can accommodate it.
Yes. Choose all the services you need in the form. We’ll discuss the workload and priorities with you so the role is clear and manageable.
That’s absolutely fine. Your request can focus on one service or a combination. Tell us what works for your home.
We work with nannies of different nationalities from Africa and Asia. We focus on each person’s skills, experience, communication, and suitability for your family. Current availability is discussed individually.
Our agency commission equals one month of the nanny’s agreed salary for a one-year contract, including unlimited replacements and a specialized follow-up agent. The nanny’s salary is paid separately by the client and depends on the agreed role. Exact amounts are confirmed in writing before payment. Read our Terms & Conditions.
The best working relationships take patience, clear communication, and care on both sides. Here are practical ways to get started.
Introduce everyone, show her the home, and explain where things belong. Make sure her sleeping space is ready. Ask about her name, food preferences, and anything she needs to feel comfortable. Start with the essentials rather than a long list of chores.
Demonstrate your preferred routines and products, then let her practise with support. Introduce children gradually while a familiar adult stays involved. Share allergies, emergency contacts, and safety rules clearly. Ask which instructions need another explanation.
Have a short daily check-in at first, then agree on a regular weekly conversation. Talk about what is going well, what feels difficult, and what could change. Adjust routines together as you learn what is realistic.
Agree on what matters most today. Separate essential jobs from tasks that can wait. Child supervision always comes before an optional household chore.
Include childcare, meals, cleaning, breaks, and unexpected interruptions. Rotate bigger cleaning jobs across the week. If a baby needs extra attention, reduce the cleaning list rather than expecting both at once.
Show one task at a time, use simple words or a shared checklist, and check understanding without testing or embarrassing her. Allow time to learn your household’s way of doing things.
Guests, extra children, travel, or bigger duties change the workload. Discuss what should be postponed, shared, or separately agreed before adding tasks. Stay-in means living at home, not being on duty all day and night.
Write down duties, hours, salary and payday, breaks, days off, overnight care, and privacy expectations. Share instructions consistently between adults so she is not caught between conflicting requests.
Describe a specific task and the change you need, then listen to her explanation. Avoid criticism in front of children. Notice good work specifically: “Thank you for keeping the children’s routine calm today.”
Ask what would make the task more manageable. You can swap the order of chores, change a cleaning day, or simplify a meal. Safety, dignity, agreed pay, and essential rest are not bargaining chips.
Pay on time, respect time off, keep promises, and treat her as a person whose views matter. Invite honest feedback without punishment. A good relationship encourages her to choose to stay; it never depends on pressure or restricting her freedom.
“The children need more attention this afternoon. Let’s focus on their care and dinner. Would you prefer to do the ironing tomorrow or move the deeper cleaning to another day?”
Write down the change and review it together next time.

Please read before booking. Your signed agreement will confirm the exact fees, dates, and placement details.
The Nannyfy agency service agreement runs for one year. The client pays an agency commission equal to one month of the nanny’s agreed salary. This commission is separate from the nanny’s salary and does not pay for any month of her work. The exact commission, payment date, contract start and end dates, and any separately agreed charges must be confirmed in writing before payment. No additional charge applies without prior disclosure and agreement.
Your active one-year contract includes unlimited nanny replacements and a specialized agent to follow up with you. Contact your agent to request a replacement and explain your concerns. There is no additional agency replacement commission within the original agreed role during the active term. Replacements depend on a suitable nanny’s availability and agreement; a same-day replacement or uninterrupted coverage is not guaranteed. A replacement does not restart or extend the contract. Any proposed change in salary or responsibilities must be agreed in writing before the replacement begins.
Our main service is stay-in nannies who live in the client’s home. Stay-out arrangements are exceptions considered individually by request and require written confirmation from Nannyfy before a placement is agreed.
The client must pay the nanny’s full agreed salary on time, including any final amount earned when a placement ends. The salary amount, payment schedule, and method must be recorded in writing. Failure to pay salary when due is a material breach and voids the agency service contract, ending replacement and follow-up benefits, subject to applicable law. Termination does not cancel wages or other amounts already owed to the nanny. Agency commission must not be recovered from her wages or charged to her.
Stay-in nannies must have a safe, clean, adequately ventilated sleeping space with a proper bed, reasonable privacy, sufficient food and drinking water, and access to suitable bathroom facilities. Unsafe or inhumane living conditions, violence, harassment, threats, or degrading treatment are material breaches and void the agency service contract. Nannyfy may end support immediately in a serious safety situation and help coordinate a safe departure. The nanny must retain access to her own identity documents, phone, and personal belongings and must not be confined to the home.
The household and nanny must agree on duties, working hours, breaks, days off, overnight responsibilities, and leave before work begins. Stay-in accommodation does not mean continuous 24-hour work. Duties must be reasonable, safe, and within the agreed role. Additional homes, extra families, substantial changes in childcare or cleaning workload, travel, and specialist or medical tasks require prior discussion and agreement with the nanny and Nannyfy.
Clients must accurately describe the number and ages of children, home size, household members, pets, location, duties, schedule, and any relevant safety requirements. Tell Nannyfy promptly about changes. A placement must not be transferred to another household or person without the nanny’s consent and Nannyfy’s written agreement. Serious misrepresentation or unauthorized transfer may result in termination for client breach.
If the client voids the contract through a material breach, including unpaid salary or inhumane living conditions, the agency commission is non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law, and remaining replacement and follow-up benefits end. Nannyfy will communicate the reason for termination in writing and consider relevant payment records or other evidence. This clause concerns the agency commission; it never permits withholding a nanny’s earned salary or personal funds. It does not remove any refund or remedy required by law, including where Nannyfy fails to provide its agreed service. Cancellation before placement and early termination without client breach must have their financial consequences set out in writing before payment.
Report performance concerns, salary disputes, absences, or replacement requests promptly to your assigned agent. Both the client and nanny should have an opportunity to explain concerns. Do not withhold salary or identity documents as leverage in a dispute. In an emergency, prioritize safety and contact the appropriate emergency services; the follow-up agent is not an emergency response service. Neither party is required to remain in an unsafe placement.
Nannyfy provides matching, replacement coordination, and follow-up as agreed. Before a placement starts, the written agreements must identify the employer and responsibility for any required work or residence permissions, insurance, travel, and other lawful arrangements. The client and nanny must follow applicable law. Nannyfy cannot guarantee an individual’s future conduct; this does not exclude responsibility for Nannyfy’s own breach, negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Family information and nanny profiles must be used only for placement and support purposes. Do not share identity documents, private contact details, photos, or profiles publicly without permission. Tell the nanny about household cameras before work begins; recording must be lawful and must respect private sleeping and bathroom spaces. Clients should securely store valuables and give clear instructions about keys, access, and child safety.
Sending a website enquiry does not create a paid booking or a signed contract. The final written agreement must record the agreed placement, fee, dates, and cancellation terms before payment. Changes require written agreement and must not retrospectively remove agreed benefits. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not waive mandatory rights belonging to clients or nannies. Contact your assigned agent or use the WhatsApp link below for clarification before signing.
